We recently renovated our house and created a seperate artist studio in the back yard. Our property is situated by the sea in the lovely village of Passage East. The historic City of Waterford and its famous Waterford Crystal Museum are just 10km away.

There are many outdoor activities in the area and we are in close proximity to world class golf courses. Enjoy the night life of Waterford and aquatic activities in Dunmore East and Tramore. Day sightseeing and boat fishing excursions can also be arranged with us.
