School Life
The images depicted in this series of lithographs are of the alienating world of high school and the disjointed experiences of adolescence as they dream, space-out or plod their way to graduation or dropping-out.
The images suggest personal dislocation of the students in this educational institution, from their internal emotional landscape.
This series of prints was completed during a time when I worked as a high school art teacher in a rural district of Massachusetts.
